1 hour workshop focusing on Health and Well-being where you will identify your own priority areas to look

I will give you a first-hand practical experience
of coaching, you will have time to start looking at how you can move forward in
your own priority areas. You will gain an appreciation of the impact that
coaching can give you and you will be impressed with the results! This

it should be – an empowering skill that works with anyone, anywhere. As this is a group coaching session you will
not be sharing your thoughts with anyone.
One to
one Coaching Sessions
Ideal for people who would like a personal face to
face coaching experience to identify and achieve their Health and Well-Being

These
sessions can be 10 minute slots or up to 1 hour long.
